By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old. If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Product Descriptions: We endeavour to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions of products and services on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • Pricing: All prices are as stated on the website at the time of order. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
  • Availability: All products and services are subject to availability.
  • Allergen Information: All dishes are prepared in a multi use kitchen where nuts, sesame, and gluten are present. All bakery items are not suitable for any people with allergens. Our food is made in a kitchen where all allergens prescribed in current allergen legislation are present.
  1. Ordering and Payment
  • Order Process: Our website will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. You place an order on the site by clicking the “Place Order” button at the end of the checkout process.
  • Order Acceptance: Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched or that your service has been activated, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
  • Payment: We accept payment via invoice or card payment from all major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely. Your financial details are not stored by us. If payment on account is required, you will need to contact us with any required information to be set up as a supplier to avoid late payment. 
  1. Delivery
  • Delivery Areas: Please check our website for details on eligible delivery locations.
  • Delivery Times: Deliveries are made during the following times- Breakfast: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM and Lunch: Mon-Fri, 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM, you can select a half hour delivery slot. We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather.
  • Missed Deliveries:  It is your responsibility to record any specific delivery instructions and supply delivery contact details at the time of order. We will try to contact you on delivery if specific details aren’t available. If the delivery is missed due to misinformation, re-delivery may incur an additional charge.
  • Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.
  1. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
  • Cancellation Policy: Any changes or cancellations of orders can take place up until 11:00 AM on the working day before delivery. For example, any changes to a Monday order must be completed by 11:00 AM the Friday before. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns/Refunds for Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order due to quality issues, please contact us at enquiries@thebreakfast.co within 2 hours of delivery with details and photographic evidence. We will assess your claim and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days to the original method of payment.
  1. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Breakfast Delivery UK Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission from us.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
