1. How do I know my order will arrive on time and as expected?

We’ve got you covered! We give you a 30-minute delivery window and aim to deliver right in the middle of that. Our kitchen is based in central London, so we usually deliver to areas no more than 30 minutes away. Plus, each driver only handles two deliveries at a time, so limiting chance of delays!

2. What days and times do you deliver between?

We deliver Monday to Friday:

• Breakfast: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Lunch: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM

3. Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, the minimum order is £75 for food, which generally
caters to about 10 people.

4. Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver all over central London, and we go as far as:
North: Archway
East: Stratford
South: Peckham
West: Kensington

5. How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery fee is £15 per delivery. We make sure to send a special courier to handle your order and avoid any delays by limiting drivers to two deliveries.

6. What is the cut-off time for placing orders?

To give us time to get everything sorted, any new orders or changes to
existing ones need to be in by 11:00 AM the working day before delivery.
